As Education Director at Intonation, I trained and managed a team of music educators providing in-school and after-school rock band classes and performance opportunities to 700 young people. I spearheaded the design and implementation of new data-driven assessment systems for evaluating and reporting program quality, partnership success, and staff performance. This allowed us to communicate program impacts more effectively and access new brackets of grant funding. Directed staff training and education workshops, identified opportunities for growth at the individual and team levels, and collaborated to discover creative solutions to classroom and professional challenges. I fostered and maintained vital relationships with program partners and clients, collaborated on desired outcomes, and effectively communicated results using data visualization tools.
